This policy explains what personal data VI collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• What you send in the contact form: name, work email, company, and your message.
• Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type).

Why

To reply to your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to understand which pages are useful (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long

Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the term of the contract and as required by law.

Who processes it

Our hosting, email and CRM providers, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing — write to a2dro2man2@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
